BMI (Body Mass Index)

The BMI-figure says something about the relationship between your weight and your height, and is an indicator of whether you are overweight. BMI is calculated by the following formula: Weight (kg) divided by height (m) second, ie. kg / m².

Note! Body builders, people with a heavy bone structure etc. can have a BMI above 25 without being overweight.
